Exchange / Return / Refund
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, just return it within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping costs both ways. All returns must be authorized by us first and all items returned must be in its original packaging and in new condition. Otherwise, the return will be refused.
Once an item is paid for it is processed and shipped as fast as possible. This can be a matter of minutes or up to a couple of days. If you want to cancel an order you must notify us immediately. As long as the item has not shipped we can cancel it. If it has shipped already then you will have to wait for the item to arrive and follow our return policy.
There is at least one of those items in stock when we list it. The inventory status was tracked online and updated timely on our listings. However, if demand exceeds our supply we will give the buyer the following options:

- Floor samples sold or products designated “as is” at the time of purchase are not covered by the warranty.
- Warranty does not cover minor variations or differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and your furniture.
- Cost of packaging and shipping to and from factory is not covered by the warranty unless expressly arranged by factory.
- This warranty covers only articles of furniture intended for residential use only, does not cover any industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental use.
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damages incurred during transportation.
- Damages incurred during assembling or maintenance.
